Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
